SG500x 10Gport with SFP-10G-SR

Hi ,

I have to connect SG500x to 2960x through 10G SFP port by using fiber module SFP-10G-SR . both switches 10g SFP interface trunk mode same native vlan , but interface not coming to up on both side. but same fiber modules I succefully tested with two 2960x each other. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Rashid,

Would you please provide:

sh run | i %interface (for each)

sh %interface (for each) *when physical link is connected

also to verify hardware a sh ver or sh inv

Hi Juagnz2,

The SFP interface came to up , it was 'errdesabled' by linkflap in 2960x , I desabled linkflap detection from 2960x by command ''no errdisable detect cause link-flap'' .

right now it is communicating each other through SFP module, but please make sure the right configuration on both end, I attached here all you requested, and please advise me  if any other best option.
