Hi,
I am facing challenge with newly deployed SG550XG switch. The switch is handling around 15 Gbps switching traffic. CPU utilization is average less than 15%. Whenever I run 'show interfaces switchport Interfacename' command switch get crashed and rebooted. The issue is true for both active and inactive image version. I have tried on both trunk and access port. Same outcome. Can anyone guide how to resolve this.
Model: SG550XG-24F
Active Image Version: 2.4.0.94
Inactive-image Version: 2.2.5.68
