SLM248G4S reset

Hi, I have a SLM248G4S but do not have the IP, Username or password, Is there a way i can get on the unit or do a master reset without logging in to the gui? Any help would be great.

Hi jamie,

Just reading the Install guide on page 3, this attached guide says;

Reset — Press and hold the Reset Button for less than ten seconds to

reboot the switch. Press and hold the Reset Button for more than ten

seconds to reset the switch’s settings to the factory defaults.
