Slow DHCP SF220-48 Smart Plus Switch .

Hi,

i use SF220-48 48-Port 10/100 Smart Plus Switch and acquiring network address 40 seconds after plugged in LAN cable.

All settings are applied by default.

Also have two SF200-48 and acquiring network address immediately.

Can someone help me ?

Have you tried enabling portfast on those ports? I believe by default the switch will take 30 seconds before allowing a device to communicate. Also make sure said port is not a trunk.

Also try checking how the switch is performing with 'show processes cpu'. Maybe post your 'show run' configs so we can get a better picture?

On the others cisco switches the ports are trunk but there is no problem.

I'm setting up the switches via web user interface...
