SRW2024 Switch - Firmware upgrade

I am trying to upgrade a v1.0 switch to the latest firmware but it requires the latest bootloader.  The file isn't available on the device website.  Can someone provide me with the bootloader file titled runtop_boot-101.rfb?  Thanks. Mitch
