SRW2048 Switch has slow connection when copying files in Network

Im having SRW2048, when i used to copy files between computers it took long time to done.

What step should be taken to overcome this issue ?

The most likely cause of this has been port mismatches. Verify that the two devices that are participating in the copy process are auto negotiating port speed appropriately. If they are, we will certainly need the syslogs to go any further.
