Hello,

I do apologize but, IE 8 is not a supported browser for managing our products. We recommend you use IE 6 or 7.

I just bought an SRW224G4 and was appaled to discover that it cannot be managed by any standard-compilant browser due to an obvious syntax error.

Not officially supporting IE8 for management is no excuse for not fixing the following error that is causing both Firefox and IE8 to stop processing scripts:

There is a misplaced semi-column at the end of line 32 that breaks the "else if" chain and will cause any standard-compliant interpreter to ignore the function or stop processing the page altogether due to this syntax error. When the WebView's pages attempts to call "importXML", they hit an "undefined function" error. This code should NEVER have worked on ANY browser in the first place.
