Hi Yogesh, what product line?

A virtual stack is when the switches intercommunicate to each other as if it behaves as 1 very large switch. All switches manage together, configure together, update together, etc.

A physical stack is as literal, there is no configuration advantage to a physical stack as each switch is it's own entity.

Physical stack???

I shudder to think you are talking about the archaic method of stacking called the ClusterStack?
