TLS greater version than 1.0 exist in which version for SG300

could you please tell me if version 1.4.11.5 for SG300 will disable TLS 1.0 or not. and  if we can upgrade to greater TLS version in this firmwear?

 - Usually you can only rely on latest firmware version to see improvements on that , you can not tweak it within a particular version, you can verify supported  tls versions and others with : 

nmap --script ssl-enum-ciphers <l3_switch_ip_address>

i can upgrade to latest one but could it enable TLS1.2 if not then which model do you suggest for TLS 1.2 or above.

 - You will probably have to look at high-end models and or catalyst switches to have that level of TLS-security.

I realize this thread is old, but 1.4.11.5 for SG300 does in fact negotiate TLS 1.2 with your web browsers. I confirmed this today.
