Hi, I'm a beginner using cisco switch for VLANs.

I've configured a switch with 4 VLANs for data/AP/CCTV/IP phone

VLAN 2,3,4,5

when I pull out and reinsert network cables, these ports configured for IP phones turn from access GEs  to the trunk

how can I prevent this?

thanks

what model of the switch here? is they are the SG series.

If you do not know how to use smart port usage, then as suggested go to the traditional way by disabling the smart port good move.
