I have tried endlessly even after logging into cisco and it won't download the firmware. Either it crashes with a page not found or downloads a zero byte file. I'm trying to set up a lacp/lag link set up and need consistent firmware.

Thank you for using the Cisco Small Business Support Community. I'm sorry that you're having difficulty downloading firmware for your SG300. I checked the download link available at:
And it seems to be downloading correctly on my side. Is this the same link you are using?
