Unbale to take load of LAN Networks.

Dear Sir / Ma'am, 

We are facing issue with 2 switches, which is model no. as SG350-28P and also Serial Number respectively S/N:- DNI22420B93 & DNI2340052B. 

When we put power on the Switches then they up and after taking loan of LAN Network, After that It's down automatically both switches. Kindly take action for this issue ASAP.

After you adding the device to Switch, Is the switch going down like reboot  (both the switches )? or ports going down ?

Also check you have latest firmware, if not upgrade to latest firmware.
