Where to download recent bootloader for SF300-24P

It seems it was here a few weeks ago when I last did this:

But now there is a new .ros firmware from 2/14/14 and no bootloader..

I was impatient so called into support and got the answer.  For anyone else that is looking it is bundled with 1.3.5.58 firmware in a zip file.  Just poor file organization and descriptions on download page in my opinion.
