WOL on SG350X-24 not work on port XG1/2

I have a new SG350X-24.

I use WOL that works on all ports except 10GB (XG1 / 2 - Cat.6a).

Did they have any special settings to work there?

I use the last firmware.

Thank you for your consult, I believe it will be better if you contact us at 1866-606-1866 open a case because we will need to do a Packet Capture on that switch using that port, now what kind of device are connecting to WOL?

The official response is: "The 10G switchports on the 350X / 550X series switches do not support 'Wake-on-LAN'."

You still have to describe the documentation.
