10G Uplink for Fiber and Copper on WS-X4516-10GE

Hi Everyone,

I have a 4510 switch with dual redundant supervisor "WS-X4516-10GE Supervisor Engine V-10GE" 

I need to provide two 10G Uplinks to 2960 switch having 10G SFP Module and i need two 10G copper uplinks to some servers. the supervisor have two X2 SFP transciever ports. can anyone please guide me that which transcievers would be supported to provide 10G uplink to 2960(Fibre) and 10G Uplink to servers(Copper) or what could be alternate solution?

Moreover, present Fiber cable is with LC connectors. what kind of convertor i would need and does it change any SFP on 29600 side? currently i have
