Hello all,
I have just recently done an upgrade on a several C9200 switches from 1000Mb Network modules to 10Gb network modules. We are using Cisco 10gb fiber SFPs for those ports. In the command line I have this for the interface configs for all the switches:
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/1/1
switchport mode trunk
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/1/2
switchport mode trunk
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/1/3
switchport mode trunk
!
interface GigabitEthernet2/1/4
switchport mode trunk
!
interface TenGigabitEthernet2/1/1
!
interface TenGigabitEthernet2/1/2
switchport mode trunk
!
interface TenGigabitEthernet2/1/3
!
interface TenGigabitEthernet2/1/4
I have switched around the configs to try and make it work with a 10gb link but it only seems to work with 1gb connections. Is there something that I have missed? This is my first time doing this kind of upgrade so any tips and pointers would be greatly appreciated!
