I have two 1721 Routers that are connected via a point to point T1 which connects into a WIC 1DSU T1 card on each of them.  We have had our T1 go down twice and both times one of the routers needs to be rebooted to allow traffic across the network.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thank you.

Hello,

Can you please paste in a copy of the sh run of the serial interfaces and a show service-mod of them?  Can you also let us know what version of IOS the routers are running.

This will help us to pin point the issue.

Thanks,

Kimberly

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.  I've attached a picture copy of the setup for router one and two.  The IOS Version is 12.2(4)YA2, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1) at both ends.
