2 switches direct connect cant ping eath other

I have Cisco C9300 direct connect with Cisco 3850

Cisco 3850

ip address 10.0.100.2 255.255.255.192

switchport mode trunk
channel-group 3 mode on

switchport mode trunk

on 2 switches, int vlan & int po up, So I cant ping between 2 switches by subnet 10.0.100.0/192

So all int vlan, int po, int gi1/0/10 direct connect int te1/1/2 up
disabled spaning-tree vlan 100
tested: ping 10.0.100.2 source 10.0.100.1
