I have an old 2621 router that loses the config every time it loses
power. I assume that there is a replaceable battery. Can anyone give
me some guidance? I assume that I'll have to power it down - replace
battery - rebuild (again). Is it a standard 3.2v BIOS (CR2032)
battery? Thanks!!
Hi ,
Normally these type of battery can "charge" themselves when you just plug them to a stable power source. There won't be a part number for this kind of thing. You'll need to use a SmartNet contract to open a Cisco TAC case. They'll be able to assist you with this.
Hope that help
