is the device operational or not?

these messages look like a dump of packets/frames.

Some switch may use some form of fixed size data units in their internal that can take the name of cells like ATM cells.

These cells are used to transfer frames inside the switch.

when this massages appeared, the switch was not corrent operation, this error messages came from console in a very high rate, so i think when it happened, the switch's CPU was very high.
