2960 internal DHCP option 82

We're trying to set up the internal DHCP server in the 2960.

What we want to achieve is that the same port always gets the same ip address, regardless of which equipment is connected.

Port 0/1 always recieves address .11, port 0/2 address .12 and so on.

How can this be achieved? Is it possible by using the internal DHCP or do we need an external one?

The switch software version is 15.0(2r)SE and the hardware is WS-C2960S-F24PS-L.
