2960 switch and 9407 cORE architecture and config

I need your help and suggestion about how to design a new company site with the following information

2 main IT ROOMs : the first one with 2*9704 and 4 cisco 2960x , se second with one 9704 and 3 cisco 2960x

many branch rooms that contains 2960x and are connected either to IR rooms 1 or 2 with Fiber cables

Look at the CVD (old but you get fair idea how you can place the core and access switch ) - in your case collapsed core design should work.
