We encountered this wired high cpu case with the 2960x stacking switch, which is caused by logger.

Does anyone knows what does this means?

#sh proc cpu sorted 5sec
CPU utilization for five seconds: 99%/0%; one minute: 98%; five minutes: 91%
PID Runtime(ms) Invoked uSecs 5Sec 1Min 5Min TTY Process
