I am having issues with one of my 2960 XR switches not giving link or poe power to a known working IP Camera (Axis M3005). I actually have two ports (gi1/0/30 and 31) right next to each other that are not giving me no link light or poe power for my IP camera. I have set each side the camera and the switch to the required 100mb Full duplex still nothing. I can plug the Camera into another 2960XR (same model same specs) switch and it comes right on with a link light. I have posted the environment and inline power results below. CDP is also disabled on the port as per IP Axis instructions. Inline power is also set to auto. I have also plugged this camera into another 3560X switch and it working fine as well there. This is the master switch in a stack of 3 2960XRs as well. Im also getting a odd error in the log that says "Apr 27 11:14:50.218: %PLATFORM_ENV-1-FRU_PS_ACCESS: FRU Power Supply is not responding." Although the sh env command tells a different story.

Have you used a cable tester on the drop to make sure all the necessary pairs have end-end continuity?

Correct we have toned out both ends of the cables all test fine. I even tried plugging the device directly into the switch. Still no link or power
