Marvin, Correct we have toned out both ends of the cables all test fine. I even tried plugging the device directly into the switch. Still no link or power
I went ahead and issued the route inside 10.200.1.0 255.255.255.0 10.193.5.1 command in the ASA and I am still unable to ping that vlan from the VPN. EDIT From the ASA I am able to ping the 10.200.1.0 subnet just not from the VPN
