2960x Stack image upgrade failure

i try to upgrade a stack of 5 2960x-48 ports, Image "c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-7.E0a.bin". copied image to all switches one by one, but after reboot only master switch came back and all other slaves are not booting correctly

Pull the power to the switch for about 20 seconds and put the power back.
NOTE: If there is stacking module at the back, eject that first.
Leave the switch at this state for a few hours (like 2-3 hours) -- microcode upgrade.
If no improvements, RMA the switch.

I am basing my assumption on a 3650/3850 bug:  CSCvq53573

I've never seen a behaviour like this on a 2960X but I'm just attempting to eliminate all possibilities.
