2960X Stack IOS Upgrade failing

I've downloaded c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-2.E4.tar from cisco.com and have placed it on a usbflash drive to be extracted to my switch stack. I've also copied the tar file to flash on the stackmaster. getting the following message when issuing archive dowload-sw command.

Could not buffer tarfile...using multiple downloads
examining image...
%Tar checksum error in usbflash0:c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-2.E4.tar
%Error opening flash:update/info (No such file or directory)
ERROR: Image is not a valid IOS image archive.

Is the file copied to flash?

It seems as the device is trying to read it from usb

usbflash0:c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-2.E4.tar

Make sure the file is on flash and you are pointing to the right image on the flash.
