Hello CISCO community.

I am experiencing an unusual LED indication on the front panel of my WS-C2960-X-48LPD-L switch. The SYST LED is orange while the STAT and MAST LEDs are green. All the LEDs are stable. Switch is not working properly. The IOS of the switch was corrupted so i installed the new and latest IOS. I can console into the switch properly.

Please guide me to the right troubleshooting and solution.

System is receiving power but is not functioning properly.

I see 2 switches in the picture, is this stacked?

1.Turn off the switch.

2. turn on the device and post console output to understand where it stuck?

No. The switches are not in stack. It is just placed over another switch. The lower switch is powered OFF. It is not stuck in the console/ terminal but it is not functioning properly.

Kindly organize an RMA of the switch.  This log is a very, very well-known hardware issue with the 2960X, 3650 and 3850.  The only permanent fix/solution is to RMA the switch.
