2960XR - full power version availability

Hi,

The new 2960-XR series specifies, that there should be a version with default 1025W power supply and 740W available PoE power. (48 ports up to 15.4W or 24 ports up to 30W support)

Here are the corresponding part numbers:

WS-C2960XR-48FPD-I

WS-C2960XR-48FPS-I

Anyway, I don't see these part numbers listed in the price list and also Cisco Commerce Workspace doesn't know them.

Does anyone know about destiny of these switches?

Hi,

See table-5 in this link.  Both models come with default PSU of 1025 with 740 available for POE.

That is probably because these products are pretty new and have not made to all the list price inventory.

I have checked the Cisco Configuration Workspace tool and both partnumbers are present.

So it just took time for Cisco to add these items to the pricelist.
