3560 Locked up after power outage: Non-responsive

I have a 3560 8 port switch that locked up after a power outage. It is non-responsive and all 5 lights on the front are amber (the SYST is more orange). I see absolutely no response from the switch when I cycle the power. When power is applied the lights go straight to the same status and no response from the switch either with console or the device itself.

I think this is an RMA.

It seems that the hardware has failed and should be RMA.
