3560 PoE problem

Hello Everyone,

I have a 3560 switch 48-PS, and i need plug two IP phones 7911.
But do not get the power in the ports, and the phones do not start.

How to check this for commands on the switches?

Well, the problem occurs in all PoE ports, and all kind of equipments. For example (Ip Phones, AP's, etc).

In all other switches configured in the network, i don't need include this command "power inline auto".

Is there any command to check grid "power domain" and fan?

Is CDP enabled on the ports?  Can you post the interface config for the ports having a problem and compare them with ports that are working?

Yes, CDP is enabled.

All ports have the same configuration(working and not working):

interface GigabitEthernet0/5

dot1x timeout tx-period X
spanning-tree portfast

I  still have the impression that there is a problem in the electrical  network, most do not know verify this with the switch command line.

Sure, you can test for TDR.  (NOTE:  TDR is not supported in all 3560/3750 switches.)

The commands are:

1.  "test cable tdr interface ";

2.  Wait for about 10-15 seconds;

3.  "sh cable  cable tdr interface "

The command, depending on IOS version, should not be disruptive.  Post the output if you have any doubts.

Can you please post the result of the "sh power inline" please?  What are you trying to power up?

all the ports are same confgiuration some things power is coming up after rebooting like that another one

all CP79XX IP phone means 12.0 watts
