hi jorge,
Kindly find the attached file of logs after reloading the switch.
their is error in POST: PortASIC CAM Subsystem Tests : Begin

Ayman,
I suppose this is an hardware failure of TCAM data bus you need to replace the switch being a fixed configuration switch.if you have a valid service contract you can open an RMA to have the switch replaced.
Hope to Help !!

Hi,
The switch ASICs that control the communication between the Ethernet ports and switch data bus are broken.
The switch should be replaced.

Ayman,
What exactly is your requirement to configure in this switch, just want to configure interface or vlan or any other configuration. Is this switch is in default configuration state or having some configuration in it already.
If you want to configure a SVI for some vlan you can configuure by entering into configure mode-
configure#vlan 10
configure#int vlan 10
configure-interface#ip addr 1.1.x.x 255.255.x.x
Hope to Help !!

hi ganeshh,
i can't configure any ports for this switch as i can't type the following:
(config)# interface fastethernet0/1 to 0/24
or add new vlan to the switch ,it gives me the following message:
Switch(config)#vlan 200
Insuffient core memory to allocate to new VLAN 200.
Switch(config-vlan)#^Z
%Error exiting config-vlan mode 33: Bad VLAN count
Switch#

Hello,
That message may indicate some hardware on the switch has a failure. Please reload the switch while connected via console to it and check for any failed POST message. More specifically "Ethernet-Controller x failed POST" that would explain why you cannot see any Ethernet interface.
Regards.
