3560E-48PD-S Boot/Power issues

Hello all,

I recently got a 3560E-48PD-S switch (used), and on opening it discovered that the fan powers on (goes through it's various speeds then settles down), the power supply LEDs (AC OK and PS OK) light up green, but the LEDs on the front stay dark and I get no console output.  I did a little digging, and it looks like the power supply for this unit is supposed to be the C3K-PWR-1150WAC since this is the 48 port POE switch.  Is it possible that the current power supply in it (C3K-PWR-750WAC) isn't recognized or doesn't provide enough or the right power for this device?  I have tried booting it with the MODE button held down but I still get nothing.  Any suggestions that I haven't thought of yet?

No link or activity on any port if a device is plugged in either.

thanks!

i see now the 750w ps is supported with this switch - I also just noticed that the status LEDs on ports 49,50,51,52 flash green when power is applied.  Hoping I just have a bad PS.....
