3560E high memory and cpu consumption

My customer have proplem about 3560E-24TD ios version 12.2(58)SE1 Customer connect one port to core switch and another port not connect and monitor health detial it show high memory and cpu consumption Please help me

could you please attach the following outputs from the switch

- show version

- show proc cpu sorted | ex 0.0

- show proc memory sorted

- show memory statistics

- show memory allocating-process totals
