3560G-24TS has no light on sys led but other 4 lights are solid green

switch is not pigning from a remote LAN location.

Is the switch dead?

- Attach a console to the device and power up. Look for problems, if any.

ask remote end assistance to recycle the power and see if that works.

if not as suggested, please take remote support, console and post the boot log
