Hello,
I have installed 3560X switch and i think is is overheated. The fans are very very slow and i dont know why. If i enter show env all everything seems be all right. Temperature too.
Is there any missconfig problem be possible?
Becouse i see in commandline tftp messages every 2-3 minutes.
Thank you!

These symptoms don't happen due to any config problem...Was this particular switch ever working properly ?...It can be hardware problem

Hello, there is no error messase, everything seems OK n logs.
The room temperature is 20°Celsius (Climatized)
But the switch is overheated, it is problem to keep my hands on switch. I tryed to copy this config to another 3560 x switch but is is the same. I saved the config with copy run start.
But today camed one company that configured second 3560x for IPTV headend and it works great. The the fans are blowing.

David,
The Fans issue is a hardware problem. I would open a TAC case and RMA the switch.

I disagree Reza.
The 3560X has LED indicators to the fans. Each fan can also be removed/replaced individually.
What is the output to the command "sh environ alarm"?
