This switch was part of a stock of two switches. one day this switch failed and start rebooting I quickly remove the switch and replace it with a new one.
Now am trying to recover this switch.
Some of what I have tried
1. copy the .bin file to a USB flash drive.

I have also change the manual_boot to no
get the same result.
Am not 100% sure but I believe the problem is in the Packages.conf but down know what to change.
