3650 booting up on switch: mode

Got 2 x WS-C3650-24TS from the service provider, when I boot up it comes up with, 1 one of them works fine the other one comes up with below, can you please advise how to install 

IOS I want to install "03.06.08E" "cat3k_caa-universalk9"

It didn't work for me, getting below error after doing the boot command:

Hi @batishm ,

On the switch that works fine, run the show flash: command.
If in his flash has an .bin file, you can copy that file to the flash of the switch that starts in switch:

You can copy the .bin file to a TFTP server.
Then, copy that file from the TFTP to the other switch.
