3650 uplink

I am uplinking a 3650 through gig port 0/1 to a 2621. Do I need to add any special parameters on this port (3650 port) when I uplink it to the 2621?

Depends on your requirements.  Are you configuring an old school router on a stick?  If so you need to configure the port as a trunk.  If not, access port.
