Is there any way of achieving this configuration using 3750 or 3650 Switches or similar switches - FP = Fiber ports and EP = Ethernet Ports
(A) Multi-Layer core Switch 24 EP 8 FP
(b) Multi-layer switch 24 EP 6 FP
(c) Multi-layer switch 24 EP 4FP

Third one is possible with 3750 and 3560
If you want more than 4 fiber ports, you need to go for WS-C3750G-12S-S/E which gives you 12 SFP ports but no Ethernet ports (you can however use a copper SFP for the same)

As Narayan notes, your 3rd item, "(c) Multi-layer switch 24 EP 4FP", is possible within both the 3560 and 3750 series, but only if the copper ports are gig. The 24 copper 10/100 models only offer 2 SFP ports.
Other combinations require more than one 3560 or 3750 physical switch, although with 3750s, you can stack them and manage the stack as one logical switch. Also, when stacking, the models do not need to be identical. For example, you can have in the same stack the 3750G-24T providing just 10/100/1000 copper ports and the Catalyst 3750G-12S providing just SFP ports.
