3750-E TenGig Etherchannel - It's possible ?!

Hello! How are everybody?!

Question... I didn't found anything related to that... Can I create an Etherchannel using TenGig interfaces at 3750-E ?!

Each side will have 4 switches (stacked) and will be connected via TenGig interfaces, but I want to use one TenGig at the first switch and other TenGig at the last switch (T1/0/1 and T4/0/1), can I also create an etherchannel using those 10Gb ports?!

Yes you can. We support both LACP for cross-switch etherchannels and static mode on.
