3750 G - Stack Question

Hello All:

I had 2 3750's stacked and had to split them. I disconnected them and issued the np provision command for #2. All is well except the switch ports on the 2nd switch are still labeled as 2/0/0x instead of 1/0/1x  etc. How can I revert that switch back to prestack time.?

Hi DJ

Can you give "show switch" on the second switch  and see the stack number on it ?

try the command " switch member-number renumber new-member-no"

specify the current stack number (which i presume is 2), and then the new stack number (which is 1 ?)

then do a reset to the stack member (reload) and see if it comes back..

verify by giving a show switch again..
