thanks for all the help

Hi,

I see that the CPU utilization is 33% which is not high for a switch in production. Please note that the Hulc LED Process itself is consuming about 15% of the CPU which is expected on this platform.

CPU utilization for five seconds: 33%/3%; one minute: 33%; five minutes: 33%

PID Runtime(ms)   Invoked      uSecs   5Sec   1Min   5Min TTY Process

157   263214610  31528687       8348 15.33% 15.48% 15.54%   0 Hulc LED Process

  74    70940592  11792460       6015  3.03%  3.87%  3.92%   0 RedEarth Tx Mana

   4    20455247    907757      22533  1.91%  1.28%  1.21%   0 Check heaps

Please investigate as to what is connected on Gi1/0/13 ?

Cheers,

Shashank

I will check the port, just to mention when I go to Cisco Network Assitance it show  99% cpu utilization. on the CLI it show 35% maybe a bug on the software...

question the cpu utillization is for the whole stack?

thanks

The port Gi1/0/13 is a ATT monitor  port

thanks for all the help

sincererly
