I'm trying to upload (TFTP) a new image to a two member 3750 stack. The upload runs about two - three minutes and then aborts. I've tried to load the image into both flash and flash2 with the same results. I'm using SolarWinds TFTP server 10.4.0.14, the server and switch are members of the same VLAN, directly connected. The switch CPU usage goes from about 80% at the beginning of the load to 99 - 100% at the point the load aborts.

Please confirm that you have the required memory to load the configuration.

Hi,
1. Make sure that you've got enough space for a new image. "dir /all" will reveal it.
2. If it still doesn't work, you should try other tftp server software.
".bin file" for C3750 can be downloaded via TFTP. You may try FTP as well.

To add to Toshi's point, TFTPD32 is a for sure TFTP server. It doesn't have the size limitation that you will experience with other TFTP software.

Older 3750 only had enough room for a single image unless you got rid of some the html files. Solarwinds should work , good for files up to 4 gig . Doing a dir flash: should tell your your space used.
