I was excited to "inherit" a Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series WS-C3750G-24T-S 24-Port switch!! Until I figured why it was given to me in the first place.
I logged into the switch and was presented with "switch:"
When I issue this command,
switch: dir flash:
Directory of flash:/
15997952 bytes available (1024 bytes used)
switch:
Nothing else......thats it.
I tried to do my best research and followed these steps found here:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-2950-series-switches/41845-192.html
But I'm obviously not doing something right......any suggestions?
I'm a n00b when it comes to Cisco but I can "halfway" get my way around, if anyone can point me in the right direction?

You will need to download the IOS (BIN file) from the Cisco website and upload using this method: Recovering Catalyst Fixed Configuration Switches from a Corrupted or Missing Image.
Recommend you download the latest 12.2(55)SE train because it's very stable.

- Try fsck flash: , if that works follow the procedures to install an IOS version on it (relevant Google searches will help).
