3750 stack lights

Has anyone noticed a 3750 stack where all of the port status lights blink simultaneously? If so, has anyone tracked down the root of the problem?

Could you share any details on what the fix could be, or even for those who haven't seen it....maybe a little insight into what could be causing this?

I have seen that in two occasions:

1. Lots of broadcast traffic

2. Switching loop
