3750-X Monitoring

I am looking into the SNMP MIBS and the information that can be gathered from a 3750 switch stack and wanted to confirm if there is either

1. A location/resource that can be used to identify the function of a particular MIB
2. If there is someone that has ID'd the MIB functions and can provide information on what the difference is betwen the following
1. 3750-X Cisco Memory IOS Process stack
2. 3750-X Cisco Memory Processor
1. I would imagine that the majour differenece between the two is the i provides the free memory of the entire stack and ii provides the details for the master switch in the stack

If any body as information relating to either point it would be very much appreciated.
