3750 Xswitch

Hi All

I got a new switch 3750X and I load a old IOS from a  stack  switch currently running, after I reboot with the old IOS the 3750X switch is running in a loop all the time, Cisco send me a recovering process, but I can not break the loop.

I try <control> break; I hold the mode key and power at the same time etc....I press the reset button on the back.......etc

also I spray with Holy water..........

any advise...

You must have loaded an IOS version for the older switch on this new one.  I did this once and the switch rebooted none stop, but I was able to turn off the switch, hold the mode key and power on the switch, which made it go to Rommon and then I recovered it.

Did you hold the mode key for a about 15 seconds after you turn on the switch?

Both switches which are in stack should have same IOS.

I try it more then 20 seconds and nothing happend I will try once again...
