3750G HSRP issues

We have two 3750Gs setup with HSRP that we're seeing the below message on.  Pretty sure it's because HSRP messages are not getting shared correctly between the two but don't know why.

Thank you for the update. Glad to know that you have identified the issue and that it was indeed something on switch1.

As I think about it I would suggest that you change the config and have debug use localtime rather than uptime. The time stamps in these debug messages were not helpful.

just to clear, 
Server IP change 
ACL will effect new IP address not old HSRP ACL config ? or I am wrong ?

Mr.Reza mention that are there any direct trunk and you mention YES.
so the two SW must use trunk to exchange HSRP message, You make this trunk BLK by Cost. 
this force two SW exchange HSRP via access SW <-<- here if there is any issue or STP block then the HSRP will be reprocess and new active HSRP will elect.

There is Something I think about, 
you config the SPT port cost with 100 and you not use long port cost so 
STP you must change port cost or make port cost long. 
this config make Trunk BLK because of high port cost.
this point please check it.

I wouldn't say it was frequent ....
