3750G Switch Booting Issue

I have a 3750G switch that is booting, but is booting up garbage when it boots up. I can not boot to prompt or even configure the switch. I was working before I turned it off and used it at another site. Now I have a switch that turns on and fully boots but it is showing what you see in the picture. If you look at the screenshot that is what I see. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I have never seen this before. Thank you.

Previous owner has configured a different console port baud speed.

Adjust the settings to the highest value and keep adjusting it downwards until the words are readable.
